Get A Gun In Poptropica

life Five years Pocoyo

In October 2006, within the space of "Lunnis" of the two English TV, we knew " POCOYO " , the main character a wonderful animated series aimed at younger children, who today are 3,500 million people in 130 countries.

But this series of English nationality, established by David Cantolla , Guillermo Garcia and Luis Gallego , had already been released a year before the September 12 , 2005 in the UK .

Zinkia , English producer who conceived this project, received no response in our country for the financing of this series, they respond, fortunately, the company Granada British International.

Before arriving in Spain, the series had already triumphed in Australia and Japan and began to receive international awards. After his resounding success spread to the United States, Spain, New Zealand, Korea, South Africa ...

in 2003 tore an entire year of work to register the mark and make sketches to about the identity of the character. And their friends.

HELLO, Pocoyo!

Pocoyo received this name from the phrase " child Jesus, you're a kid pocoyo " the daughter of David Cantolla, one of the creators of this beautiful drawing, I prayed every night.

Pocoyo initially had hair and eyebrows, a pacifier and a pot-shaped hull which then became the hat we know today.

"Pato is mine!"

DUCK!

Pato was initially called Duckie and had a mouth drawn then disappeared because, overall, would not talk. Ah, Duck was also about to disappear.

"Poor Loula, misses the bubbles "

LOULÉ!

Loula going to be a dog and was going to call Luke. He went on to be a bitch, of Lola, who eventually became as Loula.

" People, and the pink elephants,
can not stop sneezing "

ELLY!

Elly, initially, had claws, fangs, a long, pointed tail and the soles of a different color.

" Look, it Pajaroto, not asleep "

Pajarote!

Pajaroto would be called in English Lazy Bird. But as it is not to be lazy but they just sleep, no more calling Sleepy Bird.

Pajaroto is also a caricature of one of the colleagues in the office of William Garcia, one of the three creators of Pocoyo . "

already sent today five continents, " Pocoyo" is a series of episodes of seven minutes. Aimed at children up to five years old, teaches simple and clear concepts that manages to convey the different values \u200b\u200bof great importance, such as sociability, friendship, fun group or feelings.

How to make music, what can be photographed with a camera or what it is an umbrella are among the many things we also teach Pocoyo and his friends.

"Pocoyo " provides a striking colors against a white background (well chosen primarily because it was cheaper) coupled with a very basic 3D with which the child sees more characters real.

Each character also has their own role in the series. And the figure of the narrator , in turn, is paramount, and fully conjugating animation and explanation.

And if the narrator meets in the English version the name of José María del Río , we can not ask for anything better. For José María is without doubt one of the best voices in our country that we have enjoyed in thousands of documentaries and films varied characters, series and commercials.

How could it be otherwise, José María done in "Pocoyo " an impeccable job. Other than add to its rich and very professional career.

All these good ingredients make " Pocoyo" as it is. A didactic and charming animated series for children has been recognized for their quality in the world with a large number of awards.

On September 5 the series was awarded the Prize the Kineo "Diamanti Italian Cinema in Venice Film Festival , recognizing with this award the interest aroused by this series since it started airing last March on two channels of the Italian public television RAI.

But in 2006 " Pocoyo " was honored as best television series in the Annecy International Animated Film Festival French and the Bafta Children's Award for best animated series preschool at the British Bafta Awards and three awards Pulcinella, one of the most prestigious awards Italy. And in 2007 received the Special Jury Prize in China International Cartoon and Digital Art Festival .

series toys were sold at Christmas 2006, and without publicity, the stock was broken three times. And the first season DVD became a best-selling month in history ...

And then came the books, 40,000 copies sold in one week, and puzzles, exhausted in five days. And, of course, all kinds of school supplies ...

And the film " Pocoyo and the circus space " ...

Therefore, from the Ark Noel want to congratulate the creators of Pocoyo "for this great idea into reality.

and celebrating with them these successful years with party in style.

5 HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!

AND THANKS FOR FURTHER WITH U.S.

The fantastic loft José Ramón Sánchez

Last week I attended an exhibition of graphic art and film illustrator José Ramón Sánchez Santander , and by joining in the tribute that gives this year Animadrid ( Moving Image International Festival of Pozuelo de Alarcón ).

During this magical journey, is a must with the big screen through an excerpt from the exhibition that we saw, in 1982, by José Ramón as "The Great Adventure film" ...

As
through selection of another exhibition, "50 years English film" with the great illustrator that brought us closer to our own film and delighted us back in 1985 ...

The fantastic drawings of José Ramón Sánchez have been present in my life since I have a point.

So touring this wonderful room, I met again with a whole new magical world of color belonging to " The loft fantasy," the 1978 animated film directed by Cruz Delgado and by José Ramón ...

And I also enjoyed this presentation with a series of drawings ...

reminded me that those with the illustrator himself taught us to draw from the TV ...

And other illustrations full of magic and color ...

In short, a fantastic world in this exhibition. When I add yet another series of his drawings that have accompanied me all these years ...

His illustrations of Path , Reading the book ...

Your calendars ...

Your primer film ...

Your Constitution of 1978 ...

Or his collection of stories .

And of course the great artwork on " Don Quixote" with which José Ramón Sánchez amazed us in 1993 ...

You, José Ramón, is dedicated this post with my appreciation for all these years of great art. And I bet you look good that we dedicate to my father, between the two, the part of Don Quixote. You know, his great passion.

If, like me, you grew up with drawings of José Ramón Sánchez not miss this exhibition which runs until 22 October. If you have not grown up with him but we simply know how to appreciate a good picture, you'll also enjoy her. In any case ...

this musical now returns to Seattle. And I come back to me also to the head, above all, that wonderful "On my own " the voice of Frances Ruffelle . Frances began acting at age seven, and appeared in two successful musicals before he was offered, at twenty, the eponymous character in " Les Miserables," for which she won four awards . In this musical, Frances has pursued a successful career in the West End. And no wonder. The standing ovation we gave him that night in Seattle was more than deserved.

The Teatro Lope de Vega of Madrid will be the new setting for the representation of this musical from next November 18 in a single season.

" Les Miserables" in 2010 celebrates its 25 anniversary . If you do not know this wonderful music there is no better time to do so. And of course, and celebrate with him his quarter-century.
